Not only did they have wonderful vendors for us but they when they didn’t have something in inventory, they built it for us. Mac was absolutely wonderful to work with! I am so glad that I was able to find her. Our wedding was on May 6, 2016 at a hotel in Sayulita. Before I reached out to Mac I was having the most difficult time getting in contact with our designated wedding coordinator through the hotel. After being frustrated over and over again, I decided to reach out for help. Mac was my angel! After she realized how much help I needed she was always there to help. I spoke to her once on the phone and from that she was able to understand exactly what type of ceremony and reception I wanted. She was VERY quick to respond to any of my questions via email or text. I appreciated her making sure that everything was taken care of. On the day of my wedding Mac sent one of her coordinators to take care of everything since Mac couldn’t make it. I planned my Sayulita wedding from Washington State and Mac Events was so wonderful to work with. We emailed details back and forth for a few months and he was always very helpful, informative, and prompt with his responses. They did the bouquets for the bridal party and also brought some to put in my hair and they were absolutely gorgeous! I didn’t see any of the rental items such as the table clothes/runners, the trellis and the lights and banners for the ceremony/reception until I walked down the aisle and I was blown away. It was all perfect and so beautiful! Luckily, I had a friend that stepped in as my coordinator, so she dealt with the delivery crew and said they were all very nice and east to work with. We had a small party for 15 close friends in Sayulita in Jan 2022, and I booked everything long distance via text and email (tables, chairs, cubiertos, etc). It was a SUPERB experience. I typically don’t post reviews, but I’ll gladly do so for Belen. She had coordinated a fireworks show at our resort’s beach as a surprise for my wife’s 50th bday. I was concerned that it was going to get cancelled due to a thunderstorm, but she assured me that they can still do it (even with some rain). Belen actually met me at the resort just prior to the event to oversee everything and make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. She was super friendly and very accommodating. The fireworks went off without a hitch and my wife was completely thrilled along with the huge family party that we had (16 of us) to enjoy the show. Needless to say that I scored major brownie points with the wifey and got multiple compliments afterwards. Belen, I can’t thank you enough for giving us a memorable moment. We used Mac Events back in 2016 and event 3 years later, we still can’t stop singing their praises. It’s been a few years and everyone still talks about our wedding as being the best they’ve been too and how they wish they could be there again. We look back at our photos and think fondly of the entire experience and are eternally grateful to Macdai + team for giving us memories that are going to literally last a lifetime. Here’s my original review from back in 2016 “BEST. WEDDING. EVER. “No one is ever going to be able to top your wedding. Seriously “I’m glad I didn’t miss this wedding. This has been the most fun I’ve had.” These are just a few of the things our friends and family have been saying about our wedding and it’s all thanks to Macdai and her team at MacEvents. We decided to have our Hindu style wedding in Sayulita to get away from the cold weather in the Northeast US. We chose our venue, and after a less than stellar experience with the hotel wedding staff, we decided to explore options on using our own vendors. I found MacEvents online after searching and I can say working with Macdai was the smartest decision I’ve ever made. Macdai was a saint to deal with, and had limitless patience even with the constant tweaks and changes my now-wife made over the course of a year. Despite the distance, she held our hands throughout the entire process and was available via text, whatsapp, email, and phone to address any concerns or questions we had. Working with her provided us a central point of contact for building a Mandap, floral arrangements, DJ, lighting, tables, chairs, centerpieces, and entertainment including a mariachi band, fire performers, and fireworks. Due to prior commitments, Macdai was not able to attend the wedding in Sayulita but sent her assistant Rosie to ensure everything went off flawlessly. Rosie was with us onsite for literally the entire day of the wedding and ensured everything went off without a hitch. To top it all off, MacEvent’s prices were way more reasonable than the hotels and she still provided better service and care. To say we are eternally grateful for everything Macdai and her team did for us for our special day is an understatement. Mac events was great! I ordered everything over the phone before we arrived in Mexico. In fact, Mac sent me pictures of the chandelier which showed up as gold. I was so nervous because I needed it to be silver. She magically made it happen and sent the perfect chandelier for our dinner parties. We received everything the way they said it would be. The only thing which arrived differently were the folding narrow tables. They were so narrow, there was no way we could place two table settings on each side. But Mac was there to assist and immediately sent us two more tables which we put side by side, making the table wider. Our parties were perfect because of the chairs, chandelier, glassware and cylinders. We are very grateful to Mac for making this possible. I would use Mac again in a heartbeat. – Chaya Schwartz

WOW ! Where do I start? The great customer service! Macdai took great care of me and my needs. The quotes were on time, and Macdai was able to respond in a very timely manner. I had been planning my destination 50th Party for a year! I hired them for the DJ, Dance Floor, Mariachis, and I also ordered the number 50 as a decor. We had 55 guests and everything was on point and wonderful. Not to mention, it was an All white party and the Mariachis were dressed in IVORY !!!! Not to mention they were excellent. As an event company, we push our partners to create parties to make such an impression as to cause the guests of our event, at the Four Seasons to say, “This is the best Presidents Club I have ever been too!” Ma Event and their team did just that and more by far exceeded our grand expectations. Our opening reception was better than any closing gala the hotel had ever seen. The closing gala with the final ballroom being created into a magical lost jungle Mayan Temple covered in dense foliage and fog was the best event ever. Please check out the images at visionges.
